請牢記您線上報名時所填寫之電子郵件、密碼，以便之後登入申請系統修改資料、上傳文件以及查詢資格審查與錄取結果。
- Please remember the email and password you used during online registration, as they will be required for future logins to the application system to update information, upload documents, and check the status of your qualification review and admission results.

重要提醒：請務必於報名期限內完成所有資料填寫及文件上傳。若因個人因素未依時完成，影響或喪失報名資格，其相關責任概由申請人自行負責。
- Important Reminder: Applicants must complete all information and upload all required documents within the application deadline. Failure to do so due to personal reasons, resulting in the loss or disqualification of application eligibility, shall be the sole responsibility of the applicant.

已報名或錄取之學生，如經發現申請資格不符規定或所繳交之證件有變造、偽造、假借、冒用等不實情事者，未入學者即取消錄取資格；已入學者開除學籍，亦不發給任何學歷證明；如將來在本校畢業後始發現者，除勒令繳銷其學位證書外，並公告取消其畢業資格。
- An offer of admission shall be revoked or the student shall be dismissed from CUTe if any information provided in the application or any of the supporting documents have been found to be falsified. Those who have graduated shall have their diploma revoked.

凡報名本校各項招生考試之考生，即視為同意本校將所屬基本資料、報考資料作為試務作業使用；資料除提供本校各招生系所、試務相關單位等使用外，其餘均依照「個人資料保護法」相關規定辦理。
- All applicants who register for any exams at CUTe are deemed to have agreed to the use of their basic personal information and application data for examination-related processes. Aside from being shared with the university's admissions departments and exam related units, all data will be handled in accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Personal Data Protection Act."
